Update on Challenge #2:
I did better with my water intake but still did not make my goal. I'm going to be making this a regular weekly goal since it has been so difficult for me.
I did great with no soda. I didn't have any! Will be keeping this going as well.
So the challenge for this week is to journal what I eat for at least 5 out of 7 days. I know that I am not going to be able to get a handle on my eating without doing this. So far I am on track today.
Man, it is hard trying to get your life in order. I'm feeling overwhelmed because there are so many things I want to change. I'm starting small with these weekly challenges in hopes that the overwhelming feeling will go away. One can hope, right?

You are so smart to just tackle it bit by bit. I couldn't agree more. I am always the most likely to fail at something when I look at it as a giant project that I have to do all at once. You're doing a great job!
