Weekly Challenge #2

Here is a recap of my weekly challenge #1: Huge fail! I did so bad. I think I close to drinking all of my water one day and that was it.

Since the 1st week was not good I will be repeating this challenge for week #2. A minimum of 64 oz. water a day. I'm also adding to this by cutting out all soda. I've cut out soda before and did really well with it but then I started back with a few here and there for the caffiene fix in the morning. I don't think the soda is doing much good for my stomach so it has to go. So back to drinking water.

You know, drinking 64oz of water a day is tough. I had a hard time when I first started doing it too. Something that helps - is you can actually use like the Crystal Lite packs (or the Target brand too) and that counts as getting your water in because there isn't any caffeine in it. One thing I had to do since I couldn't completely cut out pop - is I made myself drink 32oz of water (by lunchtime) so I could have a can of pop (diet or not!) with my lunch and then if I wanted another with dinner or later, I had to drink another 32oz. I don't know if it will help you, but it's a tip!
